MiLAN's MIL-C1111 and C1411 media converters are ideally suited for
connecting legacy 10BASE2 Ethernet segments to 10BASE-T Ethernet
segments.
The C1111/C1411 converts without adding the latency associated with
a repeater or reducing the total number of repeaters allowed within
a given network topology.
The C1111/C1411 Ethernet media converter quickly converts any
10BASE2 thin coax cabling to UTP (10BASE-T) cabling.
C1111/C1411 provides maximum configuration flexibility with external
MDI-X MDI switch for Hub/Switch or PC connection or other
converters without the need for special UTP cables.
In addition a Coax termination switch provides the appropriate
installation flexibility at any point in the network.
